What do the trailers come equipped with?

Each trailer has bed linens, two sets of towels, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee mugs, cups as well as a percolator with coffee.

Do the trailers have a refrigerator?

Yes, all of the trailers with the exception of the Homemade all have a small refrigerator.

Can I cook in the trailer?

You can use the gas-lit stove tops but we ask that you do not use the ovens.

Are there grills to use?

Yes, there are a few charcoal grills than can be used on a first come basis. You will need to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.

Are there fire pits in the park?

No there aren’t any fire pits for campfires here at the park.

Do the trailers have air conditioning?

The trailers stay nice and cool with a swamp cooler. They work most effectively when a door or window is left open.

Are the trailers heated in the winter?

Yes, each trailer has space heaters and electric blankets.

Do the trailers have bathrooms?

The only trailer that has a full shower and bathroom is the Airfloat. A few of the trailers do have a toilet and sink. Please see “trailers and rates” for specific trailer descriptions.

There are clean shower and bathroom facilities just steps away from the trailers.

Is there ice and bottled water available?

No, we do not have any ice or bottled water here on site. You are welcome to bring your own.

Do you allow pets?

NO we do not allow pets due to the delicate vintage furnishings in the trailers.

Do you allow smoking?

NO, smoking is not permitted in the trailers!

Do you allow children?

We do not allow children under the age of 10 due to the lack of child-proofing in the trailers and the delicate vintage furnishings.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 10 day cancellation policy. A reservation cancelled with less than 10 days will be charged. A gift certificate in the amount of the reservation cancelled will be issued and expires one year from date of cancellation.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm

Check-out is by 11:00am

Do you have RV hook-up spaces?

Yes, we have a few spaces available for full hook-up. An RV space rents for $30 per night for two people which includes water, sewer, cable, electricity (30 amp) and wi-fi. Any additional guests is an extra $10 per person.

How many people can the trailers sleep?

In the larger units there is a small couch that can sleep a third person.

A third person is an additional $15.
